What the first call covers
There is no form on this site. You will be asked who the care is for, which part of the day has become hardest, how the household is at the moment and what sort of person they get along with.
Private pay rates are discussed on that same call, in plain figures, so nobody has to sit through a visit before finding out what the hours cost. By the end of it you should have a name, a description of that person and a suggested time for them to come and be met.
